Description
iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced, motivated Process Excellence Lead in our Manila, Philippines office. Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Provides recommendations for improvements in the areas of cost reduction, service quality, productivity and learning development; and effectively communicate these to both the pertinent GBS Site Leadership Team and to the Director, Process Excellence
- Performs business process revies on existing processes in GBS; document the processes, and recommends improvements
- Examines the continuous improvement suggestions logged in the Bright Idea Tracker
- Takes charge and guides the process of concluding identified Continuous Improvement projects aimed at attaining the Efficiency and Productivity objectives of the site
- Oversees cross-functional and cross-departmental initiatives related to productivity and service quality within GBS. This includes supervising the progress of actions outlined in these projects and initiatives, collaborating with the responsible individuals in Manila
- Conducts research and puts forth suitable site-wide productivity and service quality training recommendations for GBS Manila. These proposals should be aligned with the Continuous Improvement culture and the Learning and Development Program established within the site
- Delivers training, coaching, and mentoring to employees within the GBS, focusing on educating them in the methodologies of Lean Sigma, Project Management, and Service Quality Management
- Engages proficiently with the different Process Owners and different teams within GBS concerning Continuous Improvement projects and Service Quality initiatives
- Evaluates operational challenges documented in the Incidence Management Tool, aids in identifying the underlying causes, and suggests lasting solutions for these issues.
- Assists the Service Delivery Leaders in significantly enhancing customer service, leading to increased stakeholder engagement as reflected by improved Customer Satisfaction Survey scores
- Coordinates the preparation and presentation of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Reports; and monitors the progress of implementing actions identified during the Operational Council meetings.
Qualification & Requirements
- At least 5 years progressive experience in process improvement and performance measurement projects
- Experience in Shared Services / Business Process Outsourcing industry with multinational companies
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Certifications and/or degree in Project Management, Data Science will be pluses.
- Proficient in consulting skills and possesses the capability to positively impact others toward achieving desired outcomes, even without direct authority, in order to attain identified goals
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
- Knowledge on Excel Macro or any Visual Basic Applications programming language is a plus
- Keen attention to detail and the skill to simplify the execution of complex tasks
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- BA degree or equivalent required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in inventory, cost accounting, and reporting
- Accounting and audit experience, with relevant experience in inventory and cost accounting in a SOX compliant environment
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, data merges, filters, etc.)
- Strong U.S. GAAP accounting and analytical skills
- Experience with interacting with cross functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex financial analysis related to inventory and cost accounting
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with limited supervision
- Candidates may be asked to work shifts to align with global assignments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Knowledge of multinational ERP is required; QAD is a plus
- Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented, matrixed organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of personnel both internally and externally
- An eagerness to learn and take on challenges in a rapidly-growing and dynamic environment, must be a team player
