Your role As (Senior) Director for GCC & GBS, you will shape the creation, optimization, and operation of high-performance delivery organizations – and make our clients fit for the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Conception: Design global operating models for innovative value-driven GCC & GBS along the corporate strategy of our clients
- Transformation: Initiate and manage end-to-end programs (tech, process, change tracks) – from vision to sustainable operation
- Innovation: Use cloud, AI, SAP S/4HANA, DevOps and process automation to measurably increase efficiency and quality goals
- Go to Market & Thought Leadership: Position our consulting portfolio in the market, develop new offerings and leverage your C-Level / decision-maker network
- People Leadership: Attract, develop, and retain best-in-class talent; build a diverse, high-performing team; and foster a culture of growth
Qualification & Requirements
- >10 years of experience in a strategy/management consultancy or in the development/management of complex GCC/GBS organizations for a wide range of functions (HR, Finance, Procurement) or for product-driven topics (Data & Analytics, or ER&D)
- In-depth expertise in digitalization and automation (including AI, cloud architectures, DevOps, SAP S/4HANA transformations, RPA)
- Proven go-to-market success and a robust network at CxO or decision-maker level
- Entrepreneurial leader with charismatic presence, clear growth mission and passion for team empowerment
- Excellent university degree and fluent written and spoken German and English skills
