Head Shared Services (Senior Expert)

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishment and management of the IT Shared Services department including team structure and processes
  • Leading and developing an interdisciplinary team with a focus on performance and quality
  • Responsibility for central IT tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Signavio, LeanIX, Jenkins, etc.) and their integration
  • Control and further development of company-wide test management
  • Coaching of product owners and promoting agile product development
  • Contributing to strategic initiatives (e.g. Agile Transformation, Lean Agile Center of Excellence)

Qualification & Requirements

  • University degree in (business) information technology or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in IT management and organizational development as well as strategic thinking and high leadership skills
  • Sound knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
  • Practice in the application and management of modern IT toolchains
  • Experience in budget management and interface management at management level
  • Good communication skills to convey complex issues clearly in two official languages ​​and in English.
