Description

Key Responsibilities
- Establishment and management of the IT Shared Services department including team structure and processes
- Leading and developing an interdisciplinary team with a focus on performance and quality
- Responsibility for central IT tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Signavio, LeanIX, Jenkins, etc.) and their integration
- Control and further development of company-wide test management
- Coaching of product owners and promoting agile product development
- Contributing to strategic initiatives (e.g. Agile Transformation, Lean Agile Center of Excellence)
Qualification & Requirements
- University degree in (business) information technology or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT management and organizational development as well as strategic thinking and high leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Practice in the application and management of modern IT toolchains
- Experience in budget management and interface management at management level
- Good communication skills to convey complex issues clearly in two official languages and in English.
