Description

As Hub Excellence & Partnership Lead, the candidate will be responsible to deliver on the various priorities that would shape the right level of partnership and excellence initiatives to bring value to the employees of the Kuala Lumpur Hub.

The position will report to the Head of Hub, Global Business Services, Kuala Lumpur and will be part of a team that values coachability, decisiveness, dynamism and creativity. The candidate will work closely with the leadership team and will also have exposure to global teams and counterparts across our network of global hubs.

Hub Excellence & Partnership Lead

Key Responsibilities

Enable Stakeholder Partnerships

  • Enhance connection between employees and brands
  • Drive formal and informal knowledge exchanges
  • Design the messaging and modality of key messaging platforms like townhalls, open mic etc
  • Deliver a superlative Hub Experience for Leadership Visits
  • Enhance the strengths-based ways of working at the hub for better engagement

Unboxing Potential:

  • Organize Upskilling Sessions based on KL Hub training needs. This includes partner selection, content finalization and bringing alignment within the leadership team on the right representation in such programs
  • Leveraging internal and external training platforms to deliver successful outcomes

Value Creation:

  • Contribute to accurate Hub Budget data collection and deliver timely reports
  • Facilitate innovation and continuous improvement activities
  • Responsible for Hub Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning Alignment
  • Working with the head of hub to deliver other value creation initiatives

Community:

  • Deploy CSR activation at KL hub
  • Collect and document internal case studies for award nominations.
  • Roll out University Partnerships, including: Structuring the internship/graduate trainee program, developing marketing materials for university engagement.
  • Support the Hub Head in strengthening relationships with government bodies, industry forums, talent communities etc

Employee Branding and Hub Engagement

  • Identifying key messages based on employee feedback and industry requirements to support the localization of the global employee value proposition
  • To create a clear communication campaign and content assets specific to the hub for various initiatives with engaging content and gamification.

Project Portfolio Management for the Hub

  • To support strategic project and program management through effective communication and engagement of employees on global topics.
  • Workshops facilitation/project management on important critical projects from scoping till actual workshop and follow-up of the measured outcomes
  • Build Project Portfolio Management (PPM) process & governance (idea generation, project pipeline enhancement etc.)
  • Roll-out of Global projects in the Hubs & Team Connect Activities

Qualification & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Human Resources/ Innovation/ Marketing / Communications/ Design or other

Skills & Competencies / Language Skills

Essential

  • Total 10+ years’ Experience.
  • Extremely Fluent in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
  • High level of storytelling skills with an ability to communicate and present on various levels in the organization.
  • Fair level of command in Excel/Powerpoint/Canva/Video Editing tools and remove collaborative tools like Kahoot,MIRO, etc
  • Knowledge of project tracking and remote collaborative tools
  • Appetite to explore new methodologies, technologies, and ways of working.
  • Positive, open-minded, customer centric and problem-solving attitude
  • Open to challenging status quo and developing improvement programmes
  • Experience in workshops facilitation on transversal topics with international and multicultural teams (remotely or on-site)
  • Skills to influence and drive complex situations, projects towards the desired outcome.
