Description
We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial skills and a strong understanding of the construction and building materials industry, capable of driving business decisions, improving systems, and enabling growth across multiple business lines.
Key Responsibilities
The General Manager will work closely with the President and provide strategic and operational leadership across departments such as Finance, Accounting, HR, Audit, Logistics, IT, and Advertising. This role ensures that all support teams are aligned, responsive, and results-driven to meet the needs of our operating units.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a holding or shared services environment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage department heads
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make business-savvy decisions
- Solid background or experience in the construction or building systems industry
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational leadership skills
