Description

In this role, you will be responsible for RTR service line and will be requirement based & hence flexible. Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change.

Assistant Vice President – RTR – GPO

Key Responsibilities

  • Rich working experience in RTR function preferably in the Process Excellence function in a Third party BPO or Shared Services set up.
  • Manage the delivery of outsourced services F&A : R2R to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell
  • Leading and Driving Process improvement Initiatives in GL and Intercompany space leading to outcomes like Better health of Accounts, Robust Controls & Compliance and Derive Insights to help CFO make informed Business decisions. Help drive Finance Transformation through Process Standardization, Automation and Benchmarking
  • Use lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda
  • Should be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team etc.
  • Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios.
  • Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and raise performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.
  • Collaborate in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition and stabilization

Qualification & Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • Preferably a Chartered Accountant, Graduate in Finance stream or MBA in Finance
  • Own end-to-end client service delivery and P&L
  • Be a key driving force in handling new/existing relationships with a set of valuable clients leading to a balanced P&L
  • Develop a strategy for winning and transitioning new deals while running and growing the existing relationships
  • Be responsible for ensuring the right solution is proposed for new deals, actively participating in the deal process, aiding and enabling robust transitions, delivering ongoing client satisfaction through consistent high class service delivery, and thereby ensure high NPS, cross sell and profitability
  • Lead the way in implementing new technologies in operations and display an excellent executive presence
  • Engage in building collaborative teams that align and work to achieve Genpact and Client goals
  • Blackline tool experience is mandate

Minimum Qualification

  • B.Com graduate, CA/MBA would be preferred

Preferred Qualification

  • Ability to prioritize and handle optimal across many competing and concurrent tasks
  • Ability to handle through indirect authority and matrixed organization structures
  • Excellent negotiation, facilitation, influencing and consensus building skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
