Description

The Site Director will be responsible in launching and leading our new Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Manila. As the first leader in country, you will be responsible across several important tasks that will help ensure the success of the site.

Site Director, Shared Service Center

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the set up of the SSC, including building the team from ground up (target of 50 headcount across several departments) & local leaders
  • Implementing corporate governance, culture, and local operations best practice
  • Delivering value proposition of the site
  • Liaising with HQ in Australia & APAC
  • Prepare operating budgets, business cases, and concise decision memos
  • Partner with operations and tech teams to implement efficient, AI-first processes across billing, renewals, onboarding, and more

Qualification & Requirements

  • 8+ years in operations, shared services, BPO, or corporate support leadership – ideally having experience managing a site with different deparments
  • Experience working with multinational companies either overseas or in the Philippines
  • Prior exposure to legal services, intellectual property, or other professional services strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to write succinct, executive-level documents and handle senior stakeholder interaction
  • Fluent in both English and Tagalog; must be able to navigate local labour, regulatory, and operational environments with confidence
  • High cultural intelligence; understands both corporate expectations and local team dynamics
  • Executive presence, able to work with global stakeholders
