Description

The Shared Services Accounting Manager will oversee all aspects of shared services accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger processes, and inventory. This leader will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions, and driving process improvements that support scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global shared services accounting function, including AP, AR, and GL operations
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple international entities
  • Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls
  • Oversee intercompany accounting and reconciliations
  • Monitor and review KPI and performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with finance, tax, legal, and operational teams to support business initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency
  • Mentor and develop a team of 7 supervisor and staff level
  • Support internal and external audits and reporting requirements

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
  • Minimum 9 years of progressive accounting experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Experience in a shared services or multinational environment strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial controls, and accounting operations
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
