Senior Manager – Accounts Payable (P2P)

Key Responsibilities

Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:

  • Leads and supports the all Global Accounts Payable processes, governance, policies and oversees systems maintenance and ensures that they align with the SLAs
  • Implement recommendations from audit and ensuring that appropriate controls are in place
  • Reviews, interprets trends, inferences and challenges critical important metrics on a time to time basis
  • Promoting a culture of CI within their teams to drive operational improvements
  • Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies
  • Detail review on AP Trial Balance to ensure the GL books are closed and have all the comments
  • Coordinates/delivers project which will yield in benefiting the business
  • Developing and leading an impactful team, crafting an environment for success by setting direction and mentoring them to succeed through inspiring conversations every day
  • Accountable for achieving team’s objectives, partner management and issue management
  • Provides inputs that impact the functions plans, policies, influences the budget and resources in their scope.
  • Manages and supports the project team with end to end Accounts Payable process knowledge and governance inclusive of process, policies and oversees systems maintenance
  • Closely work with teams to seek complete clarity which will help cover all key points into the project charter
  • Deliver , manages, maintains and reviews project next steps and deadlines as agreed with the stakeholders/markets/project team
  • Participate to lead/drive/support central initiatives related to the project and finally enable to lead this project to a successful closure
