Lead – Business Capability Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a clear vision and roadmap for the business capability of demand to supply value stream, aligned with organizational goals.
• Leverage the CMM (Capability Maturity Model) as a key framework to assess the current state of the business capability and define steps for progression.
• Partner with our Technology team to implement and align technology solutions with operational needs
• Transform the operations business capability landscape by leading process and system optimisation initiatives from requirements gathering throughout implementation and stabilization.
• Act as the single point of contact for a given business capability across the organization
• Analyze complex problems and manage their resolution within the On team as well as with external partners

Qualification & Requirements

• Degree or deep knowledge in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Technology, or related fields
• At least 3 to 5 years of meaningful experience in working as Business Capability Owner, Business Analyst or Product Owner with a focus on Demand to Supply processes. You have a deep understanding of organizational strategy, industry, and the role of the business capability owner.
• Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems, and their associated planning-tech landscape
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence while bringing expertise to company projects. Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication come naturally
• You are comfortable working highly independent and taking your own initiatives comes naturally
• You can multitask, prioritize and react in an energetic and fast-paced environment
• You demonstrate resilience and flexibility and you are attentive to industry trends and best practices
