Description
As ourSenior Manager People, Culture & Capability, you’ll be the mastermind behind the moments that make our people say, “I love working here” From onboarding to offboarding (and everything in between), you’ll design and deliver programs that spark joy, foster connection, and elevate our culture to legendary status. This is a maximum term 3-year senior leadership opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Crafting and executing people-first strategies that boost engagement, belonging, and performance.
- Leading initiatives that make our workplace vibrant—think EVP, Leadership programs, recognition rituals.
- Partnering with leaders to embed our values into every touchpoint of the employee journey.
- Using data analytics and feedback to continuously improve the employee experience.
- Being the voice of our people—listening, advocating, and acting.
Qualification & Requirements
- A heart for people and a head for strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in Senior HR, People & Culture, or Employee Experience roles.
- A track record of designing and delivering impactful culture and engagement programs.
- Proven expertise inproject managementandchange management, with the ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Strongexecutive presenceand the ability to influence and engage atboard and GM level.
- Creativity, empathy, and a sprinkle of magic.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
