Qualification & Requirements
- A pioneering spirit and willingness to build, nurture and develop a young P&C Services organization.
- Bachelor’s degree holder, and further studies in relevant topics are a plus
- Proven extensive experience in a Human Resources (P&C) role, preferably in a multinational company (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of P&C-related regulations, compliance, legal considerations and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems (SAP, Excel).
- Business English, stakeholder management and presentation skills to work in a global environment and collaborate with Director and C-level management colleagues and stakeholders.
- Must Have Global Exposure.
- Experience working with Shared Services background.
- Experience in HR Generalist( With all Facets of HR)
