Key Responsibilities
- managing and setting up the Hyperautomation Competence Centre and a team that continuously focuses on enabling and growing the adoption of the Hyperautomation platforms across the HEINEKEN organisation
- backlog management: working with business/end users to establish, maintain, and refine competence centre requirements and the backlog
- building a competence centre vision: defining, owning and communicating the vision and roadmap to the relevant stakeholders
- budget management: creating, maintaining, and managing the OPEX and CAPEX budget
- stakeholder communication: acting as the point of contact between stakeholders and the different product teams
- organising the team for dedicated support to the regions in collaboration with the regional hubs for maturing HA strategies, finding opportunities, and standardizing value management
- serving as a demand funnel for new demand to split between DevOps teams across Hyperautomation technologies
- collaborating closely with the Hyperautomation Product Teams that deliver enterprise-level solutions used by all the Global Functions in HEINEKEN (e.g., Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain).
Qualification & Requirements
You Are a Good Candidate If You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science related studies
- minimum of 5+ years experience as a Product Owner, Competence Centre Lead or similar role
- experience in an Agile environment, preferably functioning in a Product Team operating SCRUM or KanBan
- an entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to connect with internal and external audiences, including senior management
- good understanding of Hyperautomation technologies
- familiarity/experience with low-code applications, automations and cognitive services, both on development and governance set up
- stakeholder management skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a complex international environment (Countries/Regions)
- proven experience in managing global teams, creating a trusted, business-focused mindset, and developing secure design strategies for related services.
- strong and demonstrated experience in driving value out of Hyperautomation technologies.
