Key Responsibilities
- performing complex analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers and explaining variances
- executing assigned process controls and proactively reporting any instances of non-compliance identifying issues and using the agreed escalation route in a timely manner if an issue should arise
- ensuring processes are in compliance with the P&CI standard controls
- delivering technical trainings to FP&A Analysts and counterparties from OpCos
- performing ad-hoc requests as per requirements of OpCo Controllers
- suggesting and participating in advanced analytics processes for complex business scenarios
- acting as the escalation point for the most complex queries and the most sensitive stakeholders (Senior Controllers and FDs) as TL’s back-up
- supporting global projects implementation
- backing up TL
- supporting in monitoring team’s performance
- ensuring maintenance of team activities while focusing on the improvement of the processes
- participating in global project organizational meetings and cascading this information to the team
- co-driving topics next to global functions.
Qualification & Requirements
You Are a Good Match If You Have
- bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 5 year
- strong understanding of financial fundamentals, financial and managerial reporting and business framework
- excellent working knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, SD is a plus
- experience in SAP cost allocation process
- advanced Excel skills
- excellent collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
- good communication, problem solving and analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks and achieve objectives.
