Description
You’ll be working at the heart of financial operations for immigration services that support refugees across Europe. With a strong public sector focus, the work you do will directly contribute to helping individuals integrate into local communities with care, neutrality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes across multiple contracts and countries.
- Develop billing handover documents (BHDs) for immigration contracts, ensuring invoicing is structured and transparent.
- Drive process improvement, standardisation, and automation across the OTC tower.
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams globally to ensure timely, accurate billing and cash application.
- Support audits, compliance efforts, and contribute to system upgrades and enhancements (SAP, Datev, Navision, Lucanet).
- Deliver training, documentation, and support to finance and operational teams to ensure consistent execution of OTC processes.
Qualification & Requirements
- Strong end-to-end OTC process expertise in large, international environments.
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Datev, Navision, and Lucanet.
- Demonstrated success in finance or business transformation projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions and geographies.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages such as French, Italian, or Dutch are a strong advantage.
