You’ll be working at the heart of financial operations for immigration services that support refugees across Europe. With a strong public sector focus, the work you do will directly contribute to helping individuals integrate into local communities with care, neutrality, and professionalism.

Order to Cash Process Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes across multiple contracts and countries.
  • Develop billing handover documents (BHDs) for immigration contracts, ensuring invoicing is structured and transparent.
  • Drive process improvement, standardisation, and automation across the OTC tower.
  • Collaborate with finance and operational teams globally to ensure timely, accurate billing and cash application.
  • Support audits, compliance efforts, and contribute to system upgrades and enhancements (SAP, Datev, Navision, Lucanet).
  • Deliver training, documentation, and support to finance and operational teams to ensure consistent execution of OTC processes.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Strong end-to-end OTC process expertise in large, international environments.
  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Datev, Navision, and Lucanet.
  • Demonstrated success in finance or business transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions and geographies.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages such as French, Italian, or Dutch are a strong advantage.
