Description
We’re looking for an experienced HR Operations Director to join our leadership team and take ownership of the HR function. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing operational processes that deliver HR programs and projects. You will ensure that Influx maintains high-quality, end-to-end HR operations, supporting our global workforce of employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the HR department: Help scale the HR function to support Influx’s continued growth.
- Organizational Structure: Maintain a well-structured organization by ensuring the integrity of the organizational structure.
- Performance Management: Ensure timely, optimal, and fair execution of performance reviews in line with Influx guidelines.
- Compensation Management: Oversee compensation initiatives to ensure they are fair, accurate, and competitive.
- Operational Excellence: Own operational excellence across the HR function to drive efficiency and quality.
- Collaboration with Executives: Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Trend Identification & Forecasting: Identify HR trends and make necessary plans to support the business’s strategic goals.
Qualification & Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience: Proven experience in managing teams and making strategic decisions in HR, including people and organizational structure.
- Comprehensive HR expertise: Experience in all key areas of HR (performance management, compensation, compliance, engagement, HRMS, etc.).
- Strong planning and execution skills: Ability to design and implement HR initiatives effectively and on time.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Open-minded with a global outlook, able to work with diverse teams and cultures.
- Systematic & Hands-On: A methodical thinker with the ability to get things done and solve problems in a practical way.
