Group Finance Director

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be overseeing the end-to-end finance function across the 2 manufacturing plants. This includes the strategy, FP&A, reporting, investment, cash flow management, compliance and risk management for the group. There will be a strong focus on finance business partnering and procurement. This role will have a good aspect for transforming the finance processes and adding value to the team to drive the productiveness and efficiency of the organization. As a leader, you will be providing strong leadership to the finance team and also building good relationships with the various key stakeholders to drive organizational goals.

Qualification & Requirements

You will require at least 20 years of experience in the area of accountancy and finance; experience in manufacturing will be a must. You are someone who also has a track record when it comes to finance transformation and stakeholder management skills. Must be willing to be based at the manufacturing site which is offsite.
