Description

As the Head NAM CS Service Business Management, reporting to the North American Customer Services Leader, this Senior Management role entails overseeing the functions of Product Marketing, E-commerce, Customer Experience & Loyalty, and Service Sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a robust service product and pricing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance to enhance customer loyalty and drive service sales
  • Partner with Global Operations, Sales and Service Leadership to address systemic issues, drive performance improvement and high customer satisfaction.

Business Management

  • Create contract renewal strategies that address customer needs while increasing market share
  • Motivate teams for high performance, managing Service Product P&L goals, and driving business development.

Operational Efficiency

  • Evaluate resource allocation and workflow to optimize operational efficiency
  • Implement measures to increase sales through multiple e-commerce channels

Reporting And Analytics

  • Establish and maintain KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track service performance
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and influence decision-making.

People Leadership

  • Leads the organization in fostering growth of managers and employees, while actively promoting the attraction, development, and retention of talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a culture of high performance that exemplifies our Values, while demonstrating leadership qualities that encourage engagement and inclusivity across the team.
  • Ensures the provision of an optimal work environment, along with necessary tools and processes, to effectively deliver services to customers.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Champion change initiatives and support change management efforts across the organization.
  • Collaborate with global functions and build partnerships within Sales, Services, and Business Line leaders.

Shareholder Responsibilities

  • Assist in meeting P&L targets, identifying areas of concern, and driving revenue growth.
  • Assess resource development and training needs to support installed based delivery

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful leadership experience in Healthcare education field
  • Proven experience in strategic business planning
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes
  • Proficiency in SAP, analytics and automation tools preferred
  • Experience in Healthcare business and multinational environments are advantageous.
