Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities

Initial Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across Accounting, Scheduling, Customer Service, and Logistics
• Manage and develop the customer service team with a focus on escalation prevention and coaching
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and performance
• Handle high-level client escalations with professionalism and confidence

Future Scope as COO-in-Training:

• Expand oversight to Marketing and Cross-Functional Teams
• Act as a key partner in scaling all operational departments
• Drive a proactive customer experience culture, supporting 2nd sale and upsell opportunities
• Be a trusted decision-maker and leader in alignment with company values and vision

Qualification & Requirements

• Proven leadership in a Director of Operations or COO role, preferably in service-based industries
• Excellent communication skills—calm under pressure and capable of guiding both internal teams and client concerns
• A strategic thinker who’s also not afraid to roll up their sleeves
• Someone who can lead like an owner and is ready to grow with us
