Description

As part of Providence’s Marketing team, you will join an innovative group that operates at the intersection of consumer experience, marketing, business insights, and strategy. The Senior Manager will lead a team of Program Managers in developing and executing marketing initiatives from inception through launch and optimization.

Senior Manager Program Management – Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team to reliably produce quality outputs while balancing scope, schedule, and resources.
  • This includes fostering a culture of continuous improvement and measuring key operational metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • This role requires a motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and critical thinking skills.
  • You will quickly solve problems to help Providence provide greater value to the communities we serve.
  • You will also effectively prioritize work and communicate expectations, opportunities, and results to stakeholders and leaders.

Qualification & Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent educ/experience
  • 8 years of experience in leading marketing projects with deep understanding of campaign cycle and roles played by various teams in bringing a campaign to life across all campaign channels: email, SMS, direct mail, and paid media
  • 5 years of experience with workflow management tools (e.g., WorkFront or other similar)
  • 4 years of hiring, managing and mentoring a successful team of professionals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing.
