Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded HR Director to comprehensively plan and manage the HR system to support the company’s business development. This position requires a deep understanding of the dynamics of the cryptocurrency industry and the global talent market, the establishment and optimization of the talent management system, and the promotion of organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Strategic Planning : Formulate and implement global talent strategies based on the company’s development goals, and promote organizational structure optimization and upgrading.
- Recruitment and talent management : Establish an efficient recruitment system to attract and retain top talents in the industry and optimize the construction of the talent echelon.
- Compensation and Incentive Mechanism : Design a market-competitive compensation system and long-term incentive plan to improve employee engagement and retention rate.
- Corporate culture and employee relations : shape a positive corporate culture, promote employee satisfaction and sense of belonging, and properly handle employee relations matters.
- Performance management : Establish a scientific performance appraisal system to promote efficient team collaboration and optimize organizational performance.
- Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure HR policies meet local and global compliance requirements and reduce legal and operational risks.
- Training and Development : Develop training plans to enhance employees’ professional skills and leadership to support business development needs.
- Cross-departmental collaboration : Work closely with business teams to provide HR strategy support and help the company grow continuously.
Qualification & Requirements
- Industry experience : More than 5 years of experience in human resources management, familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain or Internet finance industry is preferred.
- Global Vision : Experience in managing multinational companies or international teams, and understanding of talent trends and compliance requirements in different markets.
- Strategic thinking : Ability to formulate human resource strategies based on business needs and promote organizational change and optimization.
- Recruitment capabilities : We have extensive experience in recruiting high-end talent, are familiar with the global talent market, and can effectively attract top talent.
- Compensation and Incentive Systems : Experience in designing market-competitive compensation and incentive programs to ensure talent retention and motivation.
- Excellent communication skills : Able to maintain efficient communication with company senior management, business teams and employees to promote the implementation of HR policies.
- Data-driven : Good at using data analysis to optimize human resource decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- English proficiency : Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently in an international environment.
Priority conditions:
- Experience in human resources management in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech companies.
- Understand the Web3 industry culture and be familiar with decentralized team management model.
- Have the ability to quickly adapt and respond to industry changes.
