Providence is calling for Senior Contract Sourcing Manager.

Strategic Sourcing comprised of multiple departments supporting our enterprise-wide non-labor contract infrastructure.   • Strategic thinkers -know impact of contract and how it supports operations
  • Identify risk and escalates appropriately
  • Ability to gain cooperation and close the deal with suppliers, business partners, and members of the larger REH team
  • Handles objections and workload in a professional and respectful way
  • Resourceful in managing work
  • Analyzes complex categories and identifies business solutions to increase performance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing that enables identification of key terms needed and to from requirements gathering to advance RFI, RFP and contracting
  • Develop KPIs
  • Identification and execution of Savings opportunities driving ESE advancement

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years Experience in Contract Management or a blend of healthcare and corporate contracting responsibilities.
  • 1 year Project management or team management experience in a Leadership role.
  • Proven experience in leading teams through large projects.

Preferred qualifications

  • 3 years Job Specific experience:
  • Implantable Devices: Managing device implants.
  • Capital: Managing Capital contracts.
  • IT Sourcing: IT, Healthcare.
