Description
We are looking for a Manager to join our growing team. With our focus on innovation and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we seek an individual with who can be a part of our Data Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data warehousing and business intelligence (BI) applications
- Mentor data engineers while being hands on with solution design, coding, and troubleshooting
- Extract, clean, transform, and load structured and semi-structured data from various sources
- Develop and maintain ETL mappings, workflows, and data loads.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ETL jobs, and system performance
- Perform root cause analysis on job failures and data anomalies, and implement corrective actions
- Enforce data security, privacy, and governance standards throughout the data lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement across code quality, data quality, documentation, and CI/CD practices
- Maintain hands-on ownership of key deliverables and act as the go-to technical expert for your team
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 7+ years of hands on relevant experience, atleast 2 years in lead developer role
- Strong understanding of data modeling, database structures, and data warehousing concepts
- Proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in Snowflake; ETL/ELT tools, especially Informatica IDMC
- Experience working in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and integrating cloud-native services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot data pipeline issues
- Proficient with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives forward
