Description
Reporting to the Global Head, you will play an instrumental role in shaping and transforming current shared services organisation.
Key Responsibilities
You will deploy enterprise-wide process harmonization and system enhancement initiatives to drive operational efficiency in the shared services centre. You will work closely with the business unit Finance leaders to enhance service delivery and the current suite of services provided by the centre. In addition, you will lead a sizable team of qualified professionals, engaging them to elevate their capabilities and service delivery.
Qualification & Requirements
Ideally, you are a degree qualified CA with 20+ years of experience, including 5+ years as the Head of Finance Shared Services centre. Armed with a track record in transformation and change management, you thrive in an evolving environment and enjoy the challenges of deploying best practices. Prior exposure to an omni-channel environment with inventory management and SAP S4 Hana would be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you would be described as personable, analytical and a strong people leader.
