Lennor Metier Consulting, a leading Recruitment Agency & Headhunters in the Philippines, is urgently recruiting a Director of Finance.

Director of Finance

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including monthly financial statements, annual budgets, and forecasts, and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance and support operational needs.
  • Monitor and analyze financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business growth opportunities.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including long-term financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation strategies.
  • Work closely with the global team.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance leadership positions.
  • Previous experience in the Shared Services or BPO is highly preferred, with PEZA experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and business concepts.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
