Key Responsibilities
n this role, you will lead and manage the EMEA project portfolio, focusing on implementing the strategic roadmap. You’ll apply project and program management methodologies, monitor key constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and provide consultative support to projects by sharing templates, best practices, and lessons learned.
Regularly, you will update project and program management on performance status and identify areas for corrective actions. You’ll coordinate communication across projects and ensure compliance with project management standards and corporate policies. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic team environment.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience leading major global portfolios and projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in diverse international teams, interacting with multiple departments.Proven project management trainer and mentor with a successful track record.
- Extensive experience with project management methods (e.g., AGILE/SCRUM, PMBOK).
- Significant experience in a shared services environment and working with various stakeholders.
- Excellent portfolio and project management skills.
- Strong communication, change management, and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English, with a strong customer and experience orientation.
