Description
We are in the screening process for “Shared Services ” professionals for a Leading Manufacturing Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of Finance Shared Service Centre activities to a high standard for entities across Europe, Middle East, US and Asia Pacific
- Leverage prior experience of excellent shared service delivery for previous companies to embed robust and standardized processes, effective internal controls and strong internal customer relationships whilst also taking advantage of opportunities to improve the efficiency of shared service delivery through embedding a continuous improvement culture.
- Lead the expansion of the shared service remit to additional functional areas through a controlled and low risk transition approach which encourages internal customers to “push” activity to shared services. Provide direction and leadership to the Transition Manager in scoping out and delivering these expansion initiatives.
- Monitor performance against KPIs, confidently handling disputes and issues with the customer base (functional leaders in the businesses) where performance is off track
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Qualification & Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role for a Manufacturing Company.
