The role will also work very closely with the PE sponsor’s deal team, and in particular the Portfolio Support Group members.
Key Responsibilities
This role will report into the Global Head of Transformation. This Head of Transformation will manage large-scale transformation programs for the Americas business unit, a $400m revenue division (part of the $1bn+ revenue global business), manage top level strategic stakeholders, support ad hoc strategic analysis, other tasks as required, and support transformation initiatives across a number of potential areas.
Qualification & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, operations, and/or corporate strategy
- 3+ years of experience working directly with Private Equity clients either in pre/post deal situations
- Managerial experience from a top tier consulting firm
- Seeking a general athlete – ideally post consulting with spikes in commercial excellence preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale transformations and a complex set of stakeholders
- Payments industry experience is preferred but not required
- MBA preferred
- Willingness to travel (primarily within North America and Europe) occasionally
