Description
American high-tech MNC with its search for a HR Shared Services Head/ Senior Manager in KL. You will be reporting directly to the VP Shared Services (US) and work closely with the HR VP (ASIA)
Key Responsibilities
- Create roadmap and structure for HR end to end employee lifecycle services to be migrated into Malaysia (L&D, C&B, Operations, Data, TA, HRBP)
- Design GBS world class standards as SLAs & KPI deliverables
- Work with Senior leadership team on timelines of go-live and transition
- Recruiting for a secondary management layer to set up and expand.
- Maintain and build and exciting engagement and culture aligning with Group vision.
- Work with external consultants and lead change management and transformation projects from seed to execution.
Qualification & Requirements
- Strong HR Shared Services leaders with SSC/BPO/ GBS set up experience
- Transformation and change management led with rotational experience across different facets within HR Services pillars
- Respectable tenures in similar capacity or Senior HR leadership positions
