Join our transformative Global Business Services (GBS) organization as an Engagement Management Lead. This critical role is your chance to be an advocate and orchestrator of GBS value, ensuring seamless alignment between stakeholder needs and GBS services. Key Responsibilities
- You cultivate deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels and functions. You act as a strategic partner to understand their business imperatives, OKRs, opportunities, and constraints.
- You proactively identify and anticipate evolving stakeholder needs. You provide insightful guidance and tailored solutions that leverage the full spectrum of GBS capabilities across the site(s).
- You orchestrate seamless communication across stakeholders, GBS teams, and leadership. You ensure transparency and alignment on service delivery, performance, and value realization.
- You champion GBS success stories by sharing best practices and lessons learned to promote adoption and drive continuous improvement.
- You use stakeholder feedback as a catalyst for continuous improvement. You drive service enhancements and innovations that maximize business impact.
- You develop a compelling narrative that clearly articulates the value proposition of GBS solutions. You showcase contributions to achieving stakeholders’ strategic business goals.
- You develop impactful presentations and reports that translate GBS performance data into actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership.
- You partner with Site Operations Leadership to ensure seamless service integration, operational excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- You facilitate ongoing stakeholder management reviews informed by insights collected in collaboration with the Service Management Lead and Site Operations Leadership on deployed programs.
Qualification & Requirements
- You have 13+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving stakeholder success, service design, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Your deep understanding of business processes, operational excellence, and service design best practices is exceptional.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and service design.
- Your communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are exceptional, with the ability to influence and inspire confidence at all levels of the organization.
- You demonstrate the ability to engage cross-functional teams and facilitate execution of deliverables.
- Your portfolio and program management skills are strong.
- You thrive in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.
- Your global experience is highly desirable.
- Your experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or GBS consulting is preferred.
Experience And Education
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
