Description
Currently looking for a Senior Manager, HR Services to join their team in Penang.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead global HR Service Center operations, managing teams across key regions. This role is also responsible for delivering end-to-end HR and candidate services, ensuring high-quality support, consistent processes, and alignment with HR and business goals. You will oversee functions such as HR Operations & Compliance, Talent Acquisition Coordination, Talent Management, HRIS, Reporting, and back-office support.
Qualification & Requirements
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 15 years of relevant experience. You have a strong background in HR operations or shared services within multinational companies, at a senior level. You have a proven track record in leading global HR services, payroll, and talent acquisition support.
