Director of Shared Financial Services

Key Responsibilities

  • This position plays a critical part in delivering general accounting and transactional support services while driving operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and process enhancements.
  • The Director of Shared Financial Services is a strategic leadership role.
  • Drive team performance by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and nurturing professional development.
  • Build and maintain systems and workflows that support both long-term strategy and day-to-day operations.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize resource utilization.
  • Implement robust financial controls to ensure compliance and integrity in accounting operations.
  • Provide oversight for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Financial Reporting teams.

Qualification & Requirements

The ideal candidate will have SAP, general accounting and financial controls experience.
