Principal Client Performance Lead – PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and explain NHS SBS solutions to clients.
  • Lead and deliver ad hoc implementation projects, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Lead key stakeholders and coordinate project teams for effective delivery
  • Own solution processes, methodologies, and champion best practice adoption
  • Work with the Head of Client Performance, providing regular project updates
  • Coordinate financials, including profit & loss and forecasting of time and expenses
  • Mentor and support team members, demonstrating strong leadership and line management
  • Lead communications across the process community and chair regular meetings
  • Work sensitively with clients affected by organisational change (e.g., redundancy)
  • Use internal systems and tools to support project success

Qualification & Requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent in all aspects of project management including life cycle, processes, methodologies, change control, configuration management, project scoping, project planning, transition to live support
  • Proven financial management experience, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Superb communication and presentation abilities
  • Confident working with collaborators and building strong relationships
  • Experience leading or contributing to change initiatives aligned to business goals
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative working style

It would be great if you had:

  • Understanding of Oracle 12 and/or Fusion applications.
  • Experience working within NHS organisations.
  • Project Management qualification.
