Description

The purpose of this role is to oversee the financial planning and analysis process for the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) in alignment with Divisional standards, while also serving as the Risk Champion responsible for developing and upholding a robust risk, controls, and compliance framework for the Tower that supports the broader Risk & Compliance strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of plans for the management of the Financial Planning and Analysis function.
  • Deliver consistent, transparent management reporting to support effective decision-making.
  • Identify, calculate and communicate feasibility of projects as well as benefits realised from key initiatives.
  • Lead teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Provide executive consultation to support the completion of the business unit’s annual business plans.
  • Monitor and track actual project spend and forecast, ensuring optimal use of budget and resources.
  • Manage a team to ensure that the overall output and quality of the service provided is within specified levels.
  • Develop and execute strategies for the completion of new and recurring requirements identified in the performance of tasks.
  • Establish a strong partnership with Risk and Compliance to understand and embed awareness of risk frameworks.

  • Moderate relevant experience.

Necessary Qualifications include

  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
