Description
The Infrastructure Team is responsible for the availability and stability of all infrastructure related services across the enterprise both on premises and cloud. This includes supporting systems in locations such as Retail Stores, Data Centers, Metro Area offices, and remote workforce.
As the Senior Manager of Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization’s technology infrastructure. You will lead a team of skilled professionals and work closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that optimize the performance, reliability, and security of our systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our company’s technological advancement and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external users.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable, and scalable delivery of applications.
- Infrastructure Architecture: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure solutions, leveraging best practices for scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead the infrastructure team in designing and implementing scalable and robust technology solutions aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Automation and Optimization: Champion the automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Development, QA, Security, and Product teams to align infrastructure needs with business goals and deliver timely, high-quality releases.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Lead troubleshooting efforts for pipeline or infrastructure issues.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that infrastructure meets all security, regulatory, and compliance requirements, collaborating with security teams to implement best practices for infrastructure security.
- Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud and infrastructure spending, provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Establish and maintain clear documentation for infrastructure architecture, CI/CD processes, and automation procedures. Advocate for best practices and continuously refine processes for better performance and efficiency.

Qualification & Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing and leading infrastructure teams, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with cloud migration and management.
- Proficiency in implementing and maintaining security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, ITIL) are a plus.
