Key Responsibilities

  • You lead system development, architecture, operations, and support to ensure high performance and availability of our cloud-based farmer and dealer-facing platform
  • You define service level agreements, manage risks, drive escalations, and resolve issues swiftly and effectively
  • You oversee a team of 50-80 internal employees and an equivalent number of third-party resources, including full management of hiring, coaching, performance, and succession planning
  • You plan and manage budgets, resource allocation, and strategic direction in collaboration with domain leads while fostering Agile development and technical governance
  • You manage IT vendors for staff augmentation, licensing, and maintenance, using external resources to handle capacity bottlenecks and optimize cost efficiency
  • You drive continuous improvement in technical excellence, process efficiency, and team capabilities through training, Agile methodologies, and best practice adoption

Qualification & Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT or Engineering, with a strong foundation in software development or operations across technologies such as Hybris, Angular, Java, .Net, or React; experience in Ecommerce Solutions are a plus
  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams focused on mobile or cloud application delivery
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation and rollout in complex environments
  • Strong background in budget management and resource planning within IT organizations
  • Demonstrated success in business-facing roles, with the ability to align technical initiatives with stakeholder needs and strategic goals
