Description

The Senior Vice President leads the HR Shared Service Center operations, unifying governance, measurements, reporting and continuous improvement activities under one leader. This role aims to enhance the strategic and operational effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency of these services to meet organizational goals.

Senior Vice President – HR Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions and inquiries within defined SLAs
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Leverage technology and automation to streamline HR operations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies for HR Operations
  • Manage risk and ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Enhance the employee experience by providing responsive and high-quality HR support
  • Report, monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making
  • Prepare and present reports on HR service delivery and performance
  • Use data, analytics, and industry insights to assess service performance against benchmarks. Recommend strategic or tactical changes as needed

Qualification & Requirements

Prerequisites

  • Proven track record of managing and scaling HR operations and leading teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong collaborator, strategic thinker, customer focused with an eye for detail

Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in leadership role implementing and/or operating HR Operations

Education

  • Graduate (PGDM or MBA Equivalent preferred)
