Head Performance & Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the “Performance & Shared Services” division with its subdivisions
• Establish and further develop a KPI system for measuring the performance of BIT governance
• Overall responsibility for the planning, reconstruction and operation of the Innovation Center
• Develop and continuously implement future-oriented infrastructure and spatial strategies
• Ensure efficient and professional support of the Strategy & Resources department in all administrative processes

Qualification & Requirements

• University degree or comparable qualification and many years of professional experience in a comparable position, many years of experience in performance measurement and project management, experience in real estate management, workplace management or logistics is an advantage
• Proven experience in the implementation and further development of measurement systems in the area of ​​governance
• Ability and enjoyment of performing wide-ranging and multifaceted tasks with operational and strategic elements
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and lead teams
• Good active knowledge of two official languages ​​and proven English skills
