Description
This position supports a multi-functional Finance Operations team with responsibilities across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury, and Risk Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion process improvements within AP and AR functions and help standardize financial workflows across departments.
- Conduct detailed cash flow reporting and analysis to support improved forecasting and financial planning.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization to support data integrity and operational scalability.
- Evaluate operational risks, develop appropriate mitigation strategies, and support implementation of internal controls.
- Assist with risk and insurance management activities including data gathering, tracking, and reporting.
Qualification & Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or shared services roles.
- Track record of success in systems implementation and operational process improvements.
- Experience with large data sets
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks and reporting best practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience using ERP systems (e.g., Navision, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).

- Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable presenting data-driven insights in a clear and actionable way.
