  • Lead transaction support with consistent SLAs and data accuracy.
  • Define global standards while enabling localized compliance and cultural relevance.
  • Own all compliance related related data requests globally

People Technology, AI, and Automation

  • Design and implement the strategy and roadmap for digital transformation initiatives across all people systems to drive integrations, automations, and ongoing enhancements.

  • Partner with teams to pilot and scale tools that reduce manual work and elevate the employee experience.

Data, Analytics & People Insights

  • Build dashboards, predictive analytics, and real-time reporting to support workforce planning, engagement, and operational decisions.
  • Leverage data to continuously improve processes, flag issues early, and inform strategic workforce and operational discussions.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Change Management

  • Partner with all people teams and business leaders to align people systems and service delivery globally.
  • Lead change management and communications to drive adoption and behavior change.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation across the people’s function.

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing team across People operations, People systems, and shared services.
  • Inspire operational excellence, innovation, and service mindset at every level.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, Shared Services, and People Tech; at least 5+ in a global leadership role.
