GPM Stream Lead Market to Cash

Key Responsibilities

• owning and governing global process templates, ensuring process standardization across opcos
• driving process conformance and improvement by supporting root cause analysis, sharing best practices, delivering training, and implementing process enhancements
• leading change management and solution design by evaluating change requests, assessing impact, and coordinating deployment across business, data, and technology streams
• managing stakeholder collaboration by working closely with opcos, global functions, d&t teams, and platform owners to align strategies and optimize business value
• overseeing process performance and analytics by defining key performance indicators, tracking improvements, and implementing continuous enhancements
• providing leadership and coaching by managing a diverse team of process consultants, fostering knowledge-sharing, and ensuring seamless cooperation between teams.

Qualification & Requirements

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 5-8 years of experience in finance, supply chain, logistics, or commercial operations in a complex, multinational environment
• expertise in business process management, change management, and digital transformation initiatives
• strong understanding of erp systems, financial tools, and process automation within a corporate setting
• strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate across functions, and influence senior stakeholders
• proven leadership experience in managing teams, with the ability to develop, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high performance
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional and international teams at different levels of the organization
• analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven approach
• fluency in english (additional languages like french or spanish are a plus)
• experience in market to cash processes, including:
• sales: customer master data management, customer segmentation (global & local), pricing & discount management, and commercial assets management (cts)
• logistics: sales order management, logistics handling of sales orders (allocation, picking, loading), basic transport management, delivery to customer, unloading at the warehouse, and route settlement
• finance: billing, credit risk management, collection and allocation management, pricing & discounts maintenance, dispute management.

You Are a Perfect Match If You Also Have

• a master’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, or a related field
• project management certification (e.g., pmp, prince2, agile)
• experience working with heineken’s finance, supply chain, or logistics tools
• familiarity with data-driven decision-making and process performance analytics (power bi knowledge is a plus)
• hands-on experience with pricing tools, cash allocation tools (preferably autobank), and credit management tools (preferably sap fscm).
