Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Process Transformation Senior Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and implementation of process transformation initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, change management, and operational efficiency, with a proven track record of delivering transformative solutions that enhance business performance and drive growth.

Sr. Manager, Process Transformation

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of process transformation initiatives to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to implement these changes effectively.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in process transformation methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on process transformation best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of process transformation initiatives, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all process transformation activities.
  • Align automation opportunities with analytics and reporting
  • Implement and support standardized processes, governance, and reporting throughout the organization
  • Facilitate effective collaboration, communication, and delivery across capability towers
  • Oversee the governance of the IT organization with key stakeholders and through effective operation reviews

Qualification & Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in process improvement, change management, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage process transformation projects from concept to implementation.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools.

Project and Portfolio Management Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Senior Program/Project Manager
  • Minimum 5 years of experience directing and/or overseeing an enterprise-wide PMO
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or other PM certification is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in all areas of project planning, development, management, and implementation
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable productive relationships at or above peer level in the business
  • Knowledgeable project management tools and software

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Degree and Eleven Years Experience OR
  • Associate’s Degree and Nine Years Experience OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree and Seven Years Experience OR
  • Masters Degree and Five Years Experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of IT and the service catalog and assigned departments/business areas
  • Strong communication, excellent research skills, and learning agility to understand internal business or IT process, best practices and translate into technology needs/opportunities
  • Strong work ethic, a sense of business urgency, and ability to work effectively with many deadlines in a complex matrix organization
  • Possesses leadership skills and able to make critical decisions
  • Strong executive-level verbal and written communications
  • Ability to work with dispersed and global teams and locations
  • Excellent at interpersonal skills and relationship development
