Senior Manager | Business Advisory and Tax

Key Responsibilities

• Taking a proactive approach to developing and maintaining client relationships for broad range of clients, from business owners to professionals in diverse industries
• Ensuring work is delivered by your team to a high standard, and all client expectations are met
• Working closely with clients on various business advisory needs, including business restructuring, tax planning, and cash flow management
• Working with other specialists to provide clients with a full range of services. Identifying business development opportunities and referral networks

Qualification & Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in a chartered environment in a similar role
• High level of tax knowledge and ability to translate this knowledge into excellent client outcomes
• Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and revenue growth
• Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
• Confidence in interacting with clients and developing relationships
• Strong business development skills
• CA or CPA qualified (essential)
