Our company is seeking a visionary and results-driven Digital Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide modernization and operational excellence. This strategic role will focus on identifying digital opportunities, reimagining business processes, and leading cross-functional initiatives that leverage cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will spearhead scalable, tech-enabled solutions that enhance productivity, optimize cost efficiency, and transform the customer experience. This role is critical in aligning digital strategy with business goals, fostering innovation, and delivering measurable impact across the organization.

Digital Transformation Lead – Lead Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic planning and execution of digital transformation programs across business functions. Leverage modern methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Design Thinking to redesign processes, enhance agility, and align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing systems, workflows, and service delivery models. Identify pain points, digital gaps, and improvement areas, and introduce innovative, technology-enabled solutions to enhance productivity, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams to define transformation roadmaps. Ensure alignment between digital initiatives and long-term business strategy while facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive change adoption.
  • Evaluate, deploy, and govern digital technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Process Management (BPM) tools, and workflow orchestration platforms. Ensure these tools are integrated seamlessly, securely, and sustainably within enterprise systems.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects, from ideation and feasibility analysis to implementation, stabilization, and post-deployment review. Utilize Agile/DevSecOps methodologies to deliver scalable, rapid, and resilient digital solutions across business units.
  • Create robust business cases outlining scope, ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and risk mitigation strategies. Define KPIs and success metrics to monitor the value and effectiveness of each initiative, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives to foster a digital-first mindset. Conduct workshops, training, and mentoring programs to upskill teams and embed continuous improvement and innovation into the organizational culture.
  • Maintain rigorous oversight of data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance across all digital transformation activities. Integrate robust governance frameworks and risk controls to safeguard business continuity and trust.
  • Prepare and present strategic updates, dashboards, and reports to executive leadership. Translate complex digital performance metrics into actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategic course corrections.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent in Technology Management or Strategy) is highly desirable.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, including business process reengineering, technology enablement, and innovation programs. Proven success in delivering measurable business outcomes through digital strategy execution.
  • Strong command of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies with practical experience in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
  • Hands-on experience implementing automation and intelligent technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), low-code/no-code platforms, and cloud-based solutions to modernize legacy processes and enhance productivity
  • Proven ability to develop transformation roadmaps, lead change management strategies, and align digital initiatives with business goals. Skilled in identifying opportunities for disruption and creating scalable digital capabilities across functions. • Demonstrated ability to lead complex digital programs across the project lifecycle— scoping, planning, budgeting, resourcing, implementation, and post-deployment evaluation. Familiar with Agile/DevOps/PMI methodologies; certification in PMP or Scrum Master is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business process management (BPM), customer journey mapping, and operational diagnostics. Skilled in driving automation-first, cloud-first strategies that enhance both internal operations and customer experience.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and align C-level stakeholders, business leaders, technical teams, and end users across geographies and functions.
  • Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments, often across multiple geographies and cultures. Adept at creating shared accountability and building coalitions for change.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, define KPIs, and generate actionable insights to support digital strategy, performance tracking, and ROI realization.
  • Extensive exposure to shared services, BPO, and contact center operations, with a strong understanding of SLA-driven environments, service delivery frameworks, and customer experience optimization.
  • Working knowledge of key digital and automation platforms such as Power BI (data visualization and analytics), UiPath and Blue Prism (RPA), Salesforce (CRM), ServiceNow (workflow automation and ITSM), or similar enterprise technologies. Ability to evaluate and implement tools that drive operational efficiency and transformation.
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and scaled delivery frameworks (SAFe), enabling the execution of digital transformation programs in iterative, customer-centric, and adaptive ways
