Description
As a Director Customer to Cash Global Process Owner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The Director Customer to Cash Global Process Owner plays an integral role in streamlining and enhancing the efficiency of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Process Ownership: Design, maintain, and govern the Customer to Cash process taxonomy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and integration across account maintenance, order management, billing, cash and collections as well as inquiry and dispute resolution
- Process Standardization and Compliance: Develop and enforce standardized policies, procedures, and systems across regions, ensuring compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- ERP Integration Leadership: Collaborate with and support Commercial Operations ERP Ops., IT and project teams to integrate and optimize Customer to Cash processes within ERP systems, ensuring readiness and seamless deployment.
- Governance and Continuous Improvement: Establish and monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and SLAs, leveraging tools like automation and process mining to drive improvements and cost savings
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Technology Enablement: Partner with the Commercial Operations Leaders, Stakeholders and BPO teams to ensure cohesive service delivery, implement enabling technologies, and support change management initiatives
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of job-related experience
OR
- High school diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of job-related experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Operations or process management
- Expertise in Customer to Cash processes, including order management, cash applications and customer dispute resolution.
- Experience leading change initiatives including ERP implementation and integration within a global organization.
- Proven ability to design global processes within a GBS or shared services environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management in procurement and finance operations.
