Description

Foreground is partnering with a well-established and fast-growing Saudi group with diversified operations across retail and manufacturing. As part of their continued growth and organizational development, the group is seeking to appoint a Head of Shared Services to lead and structure core corporate functions at the group level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and integrate shared services functions including HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Administration across all business units.
  • Develop and implement central policies, procedures, and service frameworks that support scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment between shared services strategy and overall business objectives.
  • Maintain strong governance, risk control, and regulatory compliance across all functional areas.
  • Build and manage high-performing teams and drive collaboration across departments.
  • Oversee budget planning and cost optimization initiatives within shared services.
  • Act as the main point of contact between shared services and operating companies, ensuring alignment and service quality.
  • Support digital transformation and system implementations relevant to shared functions.
  • Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Extensive leadership experience in shared services within a group or multi-entity environment.
  • Proven success in leading at least three core corporate functions (e.g., HR, Finance, IT).
  • Strong understanding of the operational landscape of Saudi Arabia and the region.
  • Experience in both retail and manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with family-owned business environments is preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia or possess deep regional experience.
