This is a senior role and our client is seeking a seasoned financial professional to take their team to the next level!Job Description: The Debtors Shared Services Collections Manager oversees the management and collection of specific debtors ensuring performance aligns with the organisation’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
This candidate will lead the team, enforce policies, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in debtor collections and process efficiency. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee debtor and financial operations to align with strategic objectives, ensuring compliance and effective cash flow. Implement process enhancements and system upgrades to boost efficiency. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and manage change, reporting, and performance tracking. Lead, mentor, and develop teams to support growth and transformation goals.
Qualification & Requirements
- BCom Accounting degree5 years’ experience as a manager of a large team
- Experience with large collections
- Experience in healthcare or shared services
