Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational management of the Shared Service Center
- Responsibility for financial accounting and financial reports
- Leading and developing a qualified team
- Optimization of existing processes and development of efficient structures
- Management of digitalization and process automation projects
- Close cooperation with internal departments and senior management
- Analytical thinking skills, strong communication skills and assertiveness
Qualification & Requirements
- Completed economics studies
- Initial management experience is an advantage but not a requirement – we also welcome applications from motivated professionals who want to take the next step in their career
- Strong knowledge of process management and digital tools
- Analytical thinking skills, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
