Key Responsibilities

Vision-Led Operating Models

• Build and empower a cross-functional team focused on operational excellence and insight generation
• Diagnose friction in current systems; rewire with centralized, scalable processes
• Lead transformation initiatives through automation, digitization, and workflow optimization

Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable Transformation:

• Rethink and relaunch the procure-to-pay engine – inject transparency, agility, and control
• Deploy tech-first solutions that elevate the user experience across procurement and accounts
• Ensure seamless spend governance across platforms and global teams

Travel & Entertainment (T&E) Oversight:

• Oversee T&E operations – from policy to platform
• Drive cost visibility and insights through enhanced tooling and data stewardship
• Serve as the internal compass for expense efficiency and behavioral nudges

Accounting for Holding and Service Companies:

• Own accounting flows across the group’s internal entities
• Ensure rigor and compliance within US GAAP while streamlining close cycles and audits
• Bring a continuous improvement mindset to core accounting and reporting functions

Qualification & Requirements

• Have built and scaled finance operations in high-change environments especially in a technology startup.
• Speak fluent workflow tech (P2P platforms, automation tools, expense management stacks)
• Balance strategic altitude with operational depth – and love toggling between the two
• Are known for building high-trust, high-performance teams
• Come equipped with strong technical chops (GAAP, controls, close cycles) and a builder’s mindset
• Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (CPA or equivalent a bonus)
