Description

We’re searching for a strategic, hands-on Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our most critical systems. As the Director of Enterprise Applications, you’ll align our Infor M3 ERPWMS, and PIM platforms with the evolving needs of the business. You’ll build and mentor a high-performing team, partner with executive leaders, and drive digital transformation initiatives that directly impact our operational effectiveness, customer experience, and bottom line.

You’ll thrive here if you’re passionate about solving complex, cross-functional challenges, translating business strategy into scalable systems, and seeing your work in action – from supply chain to storefront to customer inbox.

Director of Enterprise Applications

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do as our Director of Enterprise Applications:

  • Lead the vision, execution, and governance of our enterprise applications strategy, with a strong emphasis on Infor M3 ERP, as well as WMSPIMCRM, and eCommerce platforms
  • Align technology with business priorities by standardizing processes, optimizing systems, and delivering scalable solutions
  • Build and lead a high-impact applications team focused on innovation, support, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee full application lifecycle management and integrations – including EDImiddleware, and APIs – while ensuring system health across departments
  • Champion project prioritization, vendor partnerships, budgeting, and KPIs to ensure delivery of results
  • Drive adoption, training, and change management strategies to support long-term success

Qualification & Requirements

What You Bring:

You’re a collaborative tech leader with a strong mix of business acumen, systems expertise, and people leadership. You’re confident managing complex tech ecosystems – and just as confident communicating with cross-functional stakeholders and executive partners.

  • 7+ years driving enterprise platforms, including Infor M3 ERP (Infor certification a bonus)
  • Deep knowledge of supply chainorder-to-cash, and procure-to-pay workflows
  • Experience with WMSPIM, and system integrations
  • 3+ years building and developing high-performing IT teams
  • Strong project and vendor management background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Ability to pass a background check post-offer

This is a hybrid role requiring regular on-site collaboration in Grinnell, Iowa. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance.
